Leadership

Andrew Kurian (CRCP) joined RealtyX in 2021 as the Firms Fin-op CFO and Chief Compliance Officer and was promoted to President in April of 2023. Andrew was recently appointed to the North Region committee advising FINRA, is a FINRA arbitrator and brings over 25 years experience in the securities business, the past 9 as CFO/CCO of Hedgebay Securities where he is dually registered. Andrew has traded on the floors of the NYSE and the Deutsche Borse in Frankfurt, Germany where he was instrumental in introducing and developing electronic arbitrage trading platforms.

Puneet Chadha joined RealtyX in April of 2022 as the firm’s Head of Operations. He brings over 15 years’ of experience in operations, including roles at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, GE Capital, Citi Private Bank, and Man Group.

Patrick Stiefel joined RealtyX in 2023 as the Global Head of Business Development. Patrick brings over 25 years of experience in the securities industry including his current role at Hedgebay Securities where he is dually registered. Notably, Patrick has played a pivotal role in establishing thriving equity derivative and structured products franchises across major financial hubs, including Frankfurt, London, and New York, during the earlier phases of his career.

Robert Alex Jr. is the Vice President of RealtyX, focusing on liquidity, fund raising, and financing solutions for private real estate interests of all types. Robert's past experience includes that of analyst, senior analyst, and leadership at various institutional real estate firms dating back to 2013, focusing on debt and equity solutions across sectors.

Brian Charlebois joined Realtyx in 2024 as Vice President of Special Situations. Brian brings over 25 years of experience in banking and finance with a particular emphasis on deal making, capital markets, operational turnarounds, and structured product development. Prior to joining Realtyx, Brian was EVP and COO at First International Bank, Managing Director at Icon International and Green Hill Financial. He also served as Special Assets Team Lead at First Niagara Bank and Head of C & I Banking at Bankwell Bank.
